If we are creating a new design for you on a wristband, for example, please note:

If you want us to use a special / uncommon font that we do not have, you must send us the font suitcase.

A common problem in transferring artwork files is that the fonts the customer uses may be special fonts on the customer's computer. When placing type in the artwork there is a link created to the font on the system. When the file is opened on another computer that does not have the font, the program opening the file will display an error and substitute it's own font for the original. To avoid this problem all art containing fonts, should have fonts converted to curves, outlines or paths or send us the font suitcase you want us to use on your artwork.

Color selection:

We use the Pantone PMS color matching system whenever possible. If you are unsure of the  PMS color or colors you want to use on your product, please refer to the Pantone chart to select your color number(s).
