Q: Can I order a sample or samples?
A: In most cases, yes. Go to our Place An Order section and complete the information so we have your request in our system.
Q: Can your help me set up my own Awareness, Corporate or Event Program?
A: YES! We are a full service company and can assist you in with any size program. Please refer to our sister company web site at www.AwarenessProductsOnline.com for examples of programs we put together for some of our clients.
Q: I am looking for a product that I don't see on your web site - can you find it for me?
A: In most cases, yes we can find it and provide you with the best quote we can offer. Please e-mail us a picture of the product, along with a description to: Service@CustomFundraisingProducts.com If we are unable to assist you, we will help point you in the right direction.
Q: Do you have references I can contact to inquire about your company?
A: YES! Please e-mail us at: Service@CustomFundraisingProducts.com we will provide contacts for you.
Q: Can you help me with my artwork?
A: YES! If you require assistance with your artwork, we can help, many times at no cost. If things get complicated then we will notify you and charge you at our cost.
Q: What is your return policy:
A: Since the products we sell are custom made for you, we cannot accept returns. Returns will only be accepted for defective merchandise.
Q: What if my product is defective?
A: If your order is received defective in any way, please e-mail us at: Service@CustomFundraisingProducts.com within 24 hours of delivery with pictures of the defective product. You will have the option to have your product re-made or we will issue a refund.
Q: How long will it take for my product to arrive?
A: We list an anticipated lead-time next to each product category. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: We are required by law to charge tax on goods and services delivered within California. We calculate tax on the San Diego, California tax rate of 7.75%.
Q: Why are your prices so low?
A: We strive to keep our prices as low as possible so that our customers have ample room for their budget and or fund raising opportunities. We are not your typical "ASI" (Advertising Specialties Incorporated) supplier that you see by the thousands on the internet. ASI suppliers use a series of middle men to source their products. Each time a middle man is involved the product is marked up, therefore having a higher end price to the customer. We do not use middle men suppliers, except in rare cases where the products cannot be sourced any other way. We go direct to the manufacturer, factory, printer, etc. We also run a tight operation, with low overhead. All of this results in lower prices to our customers.
